Refund Policy

At ASTRD LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should anything not work as expected, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with the terms set out below.

Digital Products and the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase without giving any reason. As we sell digital products (licence keys and serial numbers), this right expires as soon as the key is delivered, provided that, at the time of payment, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced. We require this consent before completing your order.

In summary: Once a valid key has been issued, it is non-refundable simply because you have changed your mind, regardless of whether the key has been used or not. In the cases set out below, refunds are still available.

Failure to Deliver

If you do not receive the delivery email, please check your spam or junk mail folder first, then contact us to have it resent or sent to an alternative address. Failure to receive the email must be reported in writing within 7 days from the date of the order; once this period has elapsed, the order is deemed to have been delivered.

Flaws

All products are tested before distribution. If a fault cannot be rectified within 48 hours Following your report, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product of equal value.

Product Does Not Match the Description

If the product does not match the description, the issue must be reported to customer support within 30 days from the date of purchase, providing clear written evidence. Complaints based solely on the customer’s mistaken expectations cannot be accepted.

Processing of the Refund

Once approved, the refund will be issued promptly via the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may then take up to 20 days to credit the amount to your account. You will never be charged any fees for a refund.
