We deliver orders automatically and immediately after purchase, but it can take up to 8 hours if something happens. All softastrd.com product-related services are delivered by e-mail. The CD key or codes sold on softastrd.com will be delivered by e-mail and can also be found in the order details in the order confirmation e-mail.

“What can I do if I cannot find the delivery on my e-mail address?”

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folder in case you did not receive your e-mail.
  2. Make sure that the payment has been successfully completed.
  3. If we need more information or if something does not match you, we will contact you by e-mail.
  4. If you have not received an email, please make sure your email address is correct and contact us here (co*****@*******rd.com).
