Refund Policy

At ASTRD LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something does not work as expected, you may be eligible for a refund as described below.

Digital Products and the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers typically have 14 days to cancel a purchase without providing any reason. Since we sell digital products (license keys and serial numbers), this right expires as soon as the key is delivered, provided that, at the time of payment, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. We require this consent before completing your order.

In summary: Once a valid key has been provided, it is non-refundable if you simply change your mind., regardless of whether the key has been used or not. In the cases listed below, refunds are still available.

Failed Delivery

If you do not receive the delivery email, please first check your spam or junk mail folder, then contact us to have it resent or sent to an alternative address. Failure to receive the email must be reported in writing within 7 days from the date of the order; once this period has elapsed, the order is considered delivered.

Defects

All products are tested before distribution. If a defect cannot be resolved within 48 hours Once you have submitted your report, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product of equal value.

Product Does Not Match the Description

If the product does not match the description, please report the issue to customer support within 30 days from the date of purchase, providing clear written proof. Claims based solely on the customer’s mistaken expectations will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once approved, the refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may then take up to 20 days to credit the amount to your account. You will never be charged any fees for a refund.
