You can activate Windows 11 Home/Pro by phone using the built-in wizard, but note that Microsoft is eliminating phone activation in newer versions, so it may not be available on all systems or regions.

Method 1 - From Settings

1. Click Start → Settings → System → Activation.
2. If Windows is not enabled, look for the option Activate by phone (or similar) under “Enable Windows Now” and select it.
3. Choose your country/region To display the correct number.
4. Call the number shown and follow the voice instructions.
   • Provide the’Installation ID shown on the screen using the phone keypad.
   • You will receive a Confirmation ID During the call.
5. Enter the confirmation ID in the wizard and complete; Windows will be activated.

Method 2 - Using slui 4

If you don't see “Enable by phone” in Settings:

1. Awards Windows + R To open Run.​
2. Type in slui 4 and press Enter.
3. In the window that opens, select your country/region and click Next.
4. Call the Microsoft activation number shown.
5. When required, read groups of Installation ID on the screen.​
6. Type the’Confirmation ID received in the boxes and confirm to complete the activation.​​

If telephone activation is missing or fails

• In recent builds of Windows 11, Microsoft has removed or disabled telephone activation (slui 4) In favor of online only.
• In that case:
  • Enter the key in Settings → System → Activation → Change Product Key and active online, or
  • Use the Activation problem solver (same page → Troubleshooting) if you have changed hardware and the key is tied to a Microsoft account
