We deliver orders automatically and immediately after purchase, but it can take up to 8 hours if something happens. All services related to softastrd.com products are delivered by e-mail. The CD key or codes sold on softastrd.com will be delivered by e-mail and can also be found among the order details in the order confirmation e-mail, so there are no shipping charges.

“What can I do if I can't find the delivery on my email address?”

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folder in case you did not receive your email.
  2. Make sure the payment has been successfully completed.
  3. If we need more information or if something does not match you, we will contact you by e-mail.
