Warranty policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

  1. There are claims of legal liability for defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The customer is required to check the item for completeness and obvious defects immediately after delivery and to report any complaints to us as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect the customer's statutory warranty rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Only our information and the manufacturer's product description are valid as product quality, but not other advertisements, public promotions, and manufacturer statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The warranty period is one year from delivery of the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If the customer refuses delivery to the seller for a reason other than a significant defect that severely limits its use or renders it unusable, despite the seller having declared its availability, the customer is in default of acceptance. Acceptance of delivery cannot be refused due to insignificant defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper operation, system components modified contrary to the contractual basis, use of inadequate organizational resources, use in a hardware or software environment that does not comply with the requirements specified in the license certificate, unusual operating conditions, or system interventions attributable to the customer or third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. If a delivery is defective, the seller has the option of remedying the defect (rectification) or delivering a defect-free item (replacement delivery). In the latter case, at the seller's request, the customer is obliged to return the defective goods in accordance with the statutory provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Granting of rights in a contract for the supply of software
    Section 4.8 applies only to contracts for the purchase of software within the meaning of Section 2.2.
    Upon full payment of the purchase price, the customer receives the non-exclusive and unlimited right to use the goods to the extent permitted by the contract. The goods may only be used simultaneously by a maximum number of individuals corresponding to the goods purchased by the customer.\u00a0Permitted use includes installing the software, loading it into the main memory, and using it for the customer's intended purpose. Under no circumstances shall the customer have the right to rent or sublicense the purchased goods, reproduce them publicly, or make them accessible via cable or wireless means, or make them available to third parties for a fee or free of charge.
    The customer has the right to create a backup copy of the software if this is necessary to ensure its future use.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
